Breakfast Routine
1 cup multi-grain cheerios
1 scant handful chopped pecans
1 teaspoon Vietnamese cinnamon
creative drizzle of local honey
1 generous handful of blueberries
milk to taste
coffee and Kindle (not seen here) on the side
